Single-subject MVPA
Hello -
I am interested in using CONN for an upcoming project and I am wondering if the most recent version has the ability to perform single-subject MVPA. More specifically, I am hoping to perform single event, single-subject analysis on my dataset with two stimulus conditions. Within each subject I have 14 events (7 of stimulus A, 7 of stimulus B) and want to cluster this data based on the two stimulus levels. Ultimately, I am hoping to train and test my classification within each subject's data, as opposed to averaging across the entire cohort.
Is this is something that CONN is capable of doing? Also, how one might go about doing so?
Thank you in advance!
Molly
