Hi, CONN toolbox experts,

I've never used CONN toolbox but want to explore CONN toolbox. Especially, I am interested in using CONN toolbox to conduct graph theory analysis using task-related timeseries data from HCP-processed data. So, I wonder whether this toolbox allows to use NIFTI format which is converted from CIFTI format data (HCP-processed). When I convert CIFTI format to NIFTI format using HCP workbench commends, the CONN successfully upload such functional file but still not quite sure whether the CONN interprets correctly. Also, I need to use correlation matrix of average of two timeseries for functional file but again, not sure whether the CONN allows to use such correlation matrix file. I tried to upload it but it appears not to read correctly... Anyone who has any experiences of dealing with CIFTI format data in CONN toolbox? Any input would be appreciated!!
