Dear CONN experts,

I have a problem with importing onsets and their duration by batch. In our experiment we used event related design, where each participant has unique onset for each condition (five conditions). My batch work just by half way (complete batch in attachment). Batch create all conditions on conn, however, in the entry "interval" on conn is still filled entire session, and my specification by batch is ignored. I'm not sure how I specified by the batch, interval to "specify block/events".

Dear Petr,

Matlab variables are case-sensitive and in your script some commands are editing a "batch" structure an others are editing a "BATCH" structure. Simply change all lines that start with lower-case "batch.Setup..." to "BATCH.Setup..." and everything should work just fine
