Why is brain extraction not run on EPI?
Hi guys,
Right now, I am running through some slides provided by FSL, a data analyses program for fMRI studies. I have a pretty broad question about data registration though. Here is the slide attached to this post.
My question is on the part hat says "Need to manually run brain extraction (not on EPI usually)". Why is this? Why does a brain extraction not ned to run on an EPI?
