What mask is used for voxel-to-voxel analyses in SPM 12?
Dear Alfonso, dear all,
what mask exactly is used during calculation of voxel-to-voxel measures such as fALFF when using SPM 12? If I understood correctly it used to be the SPM apriori/grey.nii mask thresholded at p > 0.25, but this file seems to be gone in SPM 12.
