Concatenation problem for GLM with parametric modulations
Dear gPPI users,

I have GLM with two sessions.
1) gPPI runs well for GLM without parametric modulations and P.ConcatR=1
2) gPPI runs well for GLM with parametric modulations and P.ConcatR=0
3) gPPI gives an error for GLM with parametric modulations and P.ConcatR=1: "Estimation Failed".

How can I solve this problem?

RE: Concatenation problem for GLM with parametric modulations
Hi,

Can you post the rest of the output. It's hard to know where the estimation failed without seeing the entire MATLAB screen output.

When I use "P.ConcatR=1", I get:

Log File: 01_Subject_PPPI_7_20_2018_4.log

PPPI Version: 13.1.4-17-2014
Parameters used:
Processing subject: 01_Subject
VOI file : F:\SPM DATA\gPPI_ROI\mask.nii
Output file will be: 01_Subject_mask_session#_cond_PPI_regressors.txt
Contrast : Omnibus F-test for PPI Analyses
Analysis : Psychophysiological Interactions
Extraction : eigenvariate

RE: Concatenation problem for GLM with parametric modulations
Can someone explain this? I was also struggling getting things done and then changing this parameter made the script move on
