Dear Professor,

I am a post doc in China Sichuan University but a very new beginner of the Conn. Now I have come up with some problems of the input images. I only have the raw structural image and raw resting state imaging data. When we were doing the preprocessing step, we just select the " CONN's default MNI pipeline " . The CONN's defaultMNI pipeline consists of the following steps: functional realignment and unwarping, slice-timing correction, structural segmentation&normalization, functional normalization, outlier detection, and smoothing. However, it didn't include "reorient function image or reorient T1 image, and  the pipeline also didn't include T1 coreg to Functional image". Should I need to do these reorient or coregister steps using other preprocessing tools or just leave them alone. Looking forward for your reply.
