How to resolve problem in group melodic ICA when TR of each group is different?
I have two datasets having different TRs. it crashes when i run group melodic ICA. To overcome this problem I preprocessed each group data separately but it also crashed during melodic ICA. What should i do if i have two datasets having different TR.
