Vaa3d on MacOs Sierra 10.12.6
Dear Vaa3d team,

I would like to use Vaa3d to annotate nuclei of L1 larvae to images that I acquired and for that I need some plugins. However, when I open the GUI the plugins are not loaded. I know this problem has existed before, but I do not see the solution to this problem.
 This is the version I installed:
http://home.penglab.com/tmp/vaa3d_3400.d...
The plugins are in the plugin folder but they do not appear in the plugin manager. What would you suggest?

Best wishes,
Nils

Please check one alternative solution from this thread (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th...).

1. Right click on "Vaa3D" icon under "Vaa3d_V3.20_MacOSX10.9_64bit" folder, and select "Show Package Contents" in the pop-up menu.
2. Double click "Contents" folder under "Vaa3D" folder , and then double click "MacOS" folder under "Contents" folder.
3. Open Vaa3D by double clicking "vaa3d_script" under "MacOS" folder.

workflow: Vaa3D -----> Contents -----> MacOS -----> vaa3d_script
In this way, you should be able to see all plugins. We will try to release a new version to fix this issue. But before that, please use the above procedure to launch Vaa3D.
