Dear CONN Community,

I am working with resting state data that has been collected across three different sites, and a reviewer asked us to test for potential differences in SNR across site and between our two drug conditions. Does anyone have some advice for calculating tSNR using the preprocessed nifti images from CONN? It doesn't look like there is any capabilities to do this directly in CONN.

Any help would be appreciated!
