Compute ALFF
Hello everyone,
I have a simple question: how to compute ALFF with CONN? I have the last version, 18a and I saw it should be specified after denoising, but don't find how to do it on the graphical interface. And also what command must be used in batch to run it?
Thanks a lot,
Lena

RE: Compute ALFF
Hi Lena,
in the GUI you can easily calculate ALFF (and all other voxel-level measures) under first level -> voxel-to-voxel/ICA-networks -> Analysis type -> ALFF
Clicking on the analysis name highlighted in blue let's you rename the analysis to e.g. "ALFF".
If you want to compare multiple voxel-to-voxel measures without overwriting your analysis you can hover your mouse over the first level tab -> click "all analyses". This brings you to a window where you can add analyses via "new" and e.g. calculate fALFF etc without losing your ALFF results.
Hope this helps
Best wishes

RE: Compute ALFF
Thanks Julian, it surely helped!
It would also be great if someone could help with the commands in batch to do this (compute ALFF, add an analysis).
