Identify network matrix columns (Solved)
Hi
May I ask is there a way to identify that which column corresponds to which ROI in the parcellated brain? For example if I want to compare the connectivity of left and right half of brain, how can I identify that which group of ROIs corresponds to each half of brain?
SOLVED: Sorry, I just found the index file in the atlas folder.
