Number of time points removed during outlier detection with ART
Hello!

Is there a way to extract the number of time points removed for each subject during outlier detection with the ART toolbox? I'd like to see if this number differs between two groups of interest.

Thank you!

Hi Kaitlin,

in the covariates (2nd-level) tab two variables are created during the analysis called ValidScans and InvalidScans. Those can easily be exported to a text or csv file (e.g. excel) using export covariate in the covariate tools dropdown menu at the bottom.
You can also check for group differences in these variables using the calculator found under tools at the top left. Just select your two groups of interest in the left tab and e.g. QC_InvalidScans on the right, enter a contrast as usual, e.g. 1 -1 and it shows you a p-value and everything.

Best wishes

Julian
