Dear Stephen and Alfonso
Hope you are well. I needed your advise and greatly appreciate your help. I have correlated the time point one and two of my group of patients and found that unless i increase the threshold to 0.05, there is no great benefit with in the patient group after intervention..
So i was hoping to do the processing with controls as comparison.
The controls also had two time point scans and i am bogged down at conditions level. Can you please advise how the conditions have to be and subsequently what should be the Model for comparison.
I have failed to get much response from the forum for my previous requests.
Total number of patients 12 with two time points. Controls 9 two time points.
Also one of my controls has bad anatomical volume and can i disregard it and process it??
