I read the paper 'MRIQC: Advancing the automatic prediction of image quality in MRI from unseen sites' and noticed the 'Please note that each vendor reported a different definition for TR and TE, thus their values are not directly comparable.' So, I want to resample the original ROI time series for processing. Any Idea?
