BrainNet ICBM surface not aligning with node file
Hello!
I am trying to get a nice picture of my modules and when I overlay them on the ICBM 152 surface, they seem to be shifted down (see attached image). The modules were created from subject specific MNI space brains. Any insight into what might be happening here?
