Inquiry about imaging genomics tools to be installed in NITRC-CE
Dear All,
We are planning to install some software tools used in the Imaging Genomics domain in the NITRC Computational Environment. We will start with popular tools for quality control, imputation, and genome-wide association study, such as plink, mach, and impute. If you have any suggestion about useful tools to be installed, we would appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance!
