Hi,

I plan to compute ROI-to-ROI correlations between brain regions that were significant in a previous analysis.

Therefore, I would like to extract individual source-time of several ROIs in my data.In the CONN12 toolbox,
I found no way to extract the individual fluctuations to compute ROI-to-ROI correlations outside of CONN.

How can I get the values I need?
