I am trying to get the Conn Toolbox to work on my Lenovo Thinkpad. I am typically using my iMac. I have setup files just to use the preprocessing pipeline and I am receiving an error in Conn_setup_preproc (line2021). Please see attached screenshot of the entire message.

I don't know how to address this issue. Can you help?

Hi Michael,

That looks simply like a problem with the SPM12 installation on your machine, I would suggest to re-install SPM12 (unpack it again from the original zip file and add the folder containing spm.m to your Matlab path) and trying again.
