Dear all, 

We would like to perform some connectivity analyses onto our RS data and compare them to task-activation data from same participants. 
We're particularly interested in the calculation of a global correlation index between seeds and all other brain voxels (eg https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fnagi.2017.00127/full) and/or a global correlation score that could be interpreted as an index of the connectivity quality for each participant. 

Is there a way to extract such indexes in the conn toolbox?
