Problem uploading Schaefer atlas
Hello,
I am trying to upload the Schaefer template (17 networks/400 parcellations, 2mm MNI space) into CONN. I believe I have followed previously posted instructions (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?...) - making a txt file, choosing 'atlas file' when I upload. When I click on ROI_tools/Display_ROI_labels I can see the labels. However, following set-up and denoising at the 1st_level_analysis stage there is just the name of the atlas, i.e., I cannot see any ROIs. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Have you any ideas please?
Please find attached the .txt file that I made. (Elsewhere I changed its name to reflect the name of the template.)
