Functional connectivity matrices as input to NBS
Dear all,
I have some resting state fMRI data and I have used an atlas with 90 regions to extract the time courses of these 90 regions.
I have data at 2 time points (before and after treatment).
I was wondering whether I could use NBS to compare the connectivity between after VS before treatment.
If I use Pearson's R to build the symmetric connectivity matrices (90x90), these matrices will contain negative values and i do not know if this is okay for a NBS approach.

In short - yes.
This is what the NBS is designed for.
See the manual and previous posts for details about repeated measures designs involving two time points.
