Recently, I tested some BigNeruon data with gold standard. When I draw the corresponding swc into Vaa3d I found that it created very good surface of the data. But when I looked into the object manager, I found that I can only save it as "swc" format. Now I was really curious that whether Vaa3d can export other format like point cloud or ".apo" files ? When the swc of a dataset and accurate radius information are both provided by Vaa3d ?

SWC format includes radius information for each node. Please check this http://www.neuronland.org/NLMorphologyConverter/MorphologyFormats/SWC/Spec.html
