connectivity matrix with negative values
Hi NBS experts,
I have a question regarding the correlation matrices to input in NBS/FDR.
Could my results be affected if some subjects' matrices (that I use as input in NBS) have some negative correlation coefficients?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Best wishes,
Francesca

RE: connectivity matrix with negative values
Hi Francesca
Negative correlation coefficients should not present any problems. They can be handled without any problem. Of course the interpretation of negative functional connectivity may require some thought.
