Hi all,

I have defined a between conditions contrast, and then selected the "Results explorer" tab.
Now I want to explore the connectivity strength within and between networks (the current network seeds pre-defined in CONN will suffice for my current analysis).

1. Should I define the connectivity matrix with "my" selected seeds only? or should I use all possible ROIs? of course, this will affect the statistical corrections and interpretation... 

2. What's the meaning of defining several (or all) seed ROIs?
