Aligning 3D timelapse volumes
Hi!
I am doing confocal live cell imaging. I aquire 3D volumes and there is drift both in z and xy as time goes on (time lapse experiment).

Is there an algorithm or plugin to correct for z and xy drift in timelapse 3D volumes?

Thanks!

RE: Aligning 3D timelapse volumes
We do not have that plugin as mentioned, but it seems not hard to do based on existing tools.

You could iteratively call the alignment plugins in vaa3d for any consecutive pairs of the time-lapse data points (each is a 3D stack) and then correct the drift.
