Issue registering more than one ROI in econnectome EEG analysis
Hello all,
If anyone could provide me some feedback regarding this issue I have running through the tutorial for EEG econnectome, it would be much appreciated.
I am currently using econnectome V.2 and I am running through the tutorial that is provided by this website. On page 24, there is instructions on how to set up more than one ROI sites and when I try to follow these instructions, I get an error in registering the second ROI (it just doesn't register) therefore I can not see any connectivity points between 2 ROIs in my EEG analysis (as displayed in the tutorial). Could you provide some feedback or assistance regarding this issue? I have attached the relevant figures to showcase this issue.
