two structural images for a single subject
Good evening,
we using CONN toolbox for evaluation of patients before and after brain tumor surgery. This means a single subject has 2 structural images (one before surhery and one after surgery). Every patient has 2 sessions rs-fMRI and each with T1 images. Is there anyway to make 2 structural images input for a single subjct in CONN? or any suggestion to use CONN for comparison between preoperative and postoperative rs-fMRI?
