For a given channel, I'm trying to extract a binary vector corresponding to which samples were identified as artifacts and smoothed by MARA (and which weren't). I see that the motion_params file contains thresholds ("th" variable) for each channel, but I'm not sure how this is converted into a "keep as is" or "reject/smooth" outcome for each point in the oxy/deoxy time series.
