Glutathione (GSH) detection on MEGA-PRESS data using jMRUI
I am currently trying to analyze MEGA-PRESS Spectroscopy data to
detect and measure Glutathione using jMRUI software. I am having a
lot of trouble navigating the software to do this, I have the
NMRSCOPEB working but I am at a standstill as to the following
steps needed. Any guidance or link to another source to help me (an
MRS novice) perform this analysis would be very helpful. If this
means a different software package I am also open to any
suggestions.
Thanks a lot in advance.

RE: Glutathione (GSH) detection on MEGA-PRESS data using jMRUI
Andrew, our software Gannet can process GSH-edited MEGA-PRESS data.
It is automated so requires little user input to run a complete
analysis.
