I'm interested in looking at activation differences between my conditions and was hoping to use the preprocessed, denoised files from Conn in SPM. I'm a bit unsure how to identify the proper terms within the BETA_Subject#.nii file. Is there a good way to determine which volumes I need to look at the effect of each task and enter these into SPM for further analysis?
