Hi Kaitlin,
In the REX interface, if you choose the "ROI-level" extraction option (instead of the default "cluster-level" option), that will extract a single value from your mask (instead of a value per cluster). Let me know if this is what you had in mind

For seed-to-voxel second-level results with multiple significant clusters, how do you extract just one average connectivity value within several clusters? I didn't see such an option in the "display values" REX interface, and was wondering if it is possible with CONN.
