Hi, I´m new to BratumIA.
I have some questions regarding the input images BratumIA requires.
BratumIA asks images in T1,T1+C,T2, and FLAIR sequences. Should all of these be in the same anatomical plane?
Is it possible to have some of them in 3D while others on 2D?
What about the slice thickness?
I will fully appreciate any answer to these questions.
