dcm2niix seems to ignore the -z compression flag (at least in windows). I have also checked that pigz.exe is in the same folder than dcm2niix.exe but the output is always a .nii file. I have proved with "-z y" and without explicitly setting the flag but the output is always an uncompressed NIfTI. Any idea?
