Thank you so much for all your help, it is really appreciated.
When I run "patients > controls" (adjusting for age and gender) [1 -1 0 0] selecting one ICA (eg ICA 1) I find a significant cluster that includes X area. However, when I select "Patients, Controls, Age and Gender [1 1 0 0] - ICA 1 to see the spatial components of ICA 1, they don't include this x area.
Is this possible? Am I doing something wrong?
