1.) Can you tell me the version of MRIcroGL you are using, e.g. when you select "About" you should see something like "MRIcroGL 64-bit OSX (Cocoa) 24 June 2017" - I assume you are using Windows given that it is reporting a missing DLL. I note that recently some of the recent release got hidden on NITRC, so I suspect you unwittingly got an older version. If you are using a version prior to 28-May-2017 you should download this version from NITRC

if you are feeling brave you can also download the latest development release (24-June-2017)
