Generating database.ano for BlastNeuron
Dear developers of Blast Neuron
I want to use Blast Neuron to compare some neuron morphologies in SWC files. I got the code for Blast Neuron from http://home.penglab.com/proj/blastneuron... The Readme says: "...make sure you have your neuron database stored in database.ano file". Could you please tell me how to convert a set of SWC files into a database.ano file?
