Thank you for your answer. I tried to compile the blast neuron code from http://home.penglab.com/proj/blastneuron... using 'build_pipeline.sh' and encountered some issues. There is a directory name mix up in build shell script and I think building it requires vaa3d source code.
However, I found that blast neuron plugin is already part of the latest binary release of Vaa3d for Ubuntu (v3.200). I tried them and they are working. I have some questions about using the Blast neuron plugin of Vaa3d for point cloud matching. Could I ask them here? If not, please direct me to someone who can help me.
