Thanks for the reply. It should be possible if I rework as you suggested.





However I have spent two months to do the current analysis, and is there an
easy way to combine / reoorder the CONN files?





I also read from the FAQ that the connectivity matrices can be extracted
from the 1st level results and I could analyze the 96 matrices per group (4
subjects x 6 sessions x 4 runs/session) using perhaps GraphVar or NBS.





What do you recommend at this stage?
