Hello, I am new to Conn. My goal is to perform analysis of Conn on some of my subjects and then test the outputs on other subjects. I am performing seed to voxel on some subjects in which i have exported several masks corresponding to different seeds. They are saved as .img files. I would like to add these masks back into Conn's setup as new ROIs so I can assess the seeds-to-masks in new subjects.

My question is: 1. Can the exported ROI.img files be used to create new ROIs in conn?
2. if so, what about those masks that had multiple clusters. How can I get the ROI-to-just one cluster from the mask?
