batch restart parallel conn jobs
Hi everyone,
I recently started using the precompiled version of Conn17f to run some analyses in parallel on our computer cluster, which uses LSF scheduling. It works very well! However, if a job times out before finishing, it remains classified as "running" in the conn jobmanager. That's fine, since I can just restart the job and it will resume from approximately where it left off, but the only way I know how to restart these jobs is manually one at a time through the conn jobmanager gui. Is there a convenient way to have conn restart all "running" (or some other status) jobs from the command line?
Thank you!
