Hi Alfonso,
I also had this same problem and tried your fix but now get new error:
Error using conn (line 548)
INSTALLATION PROBLEM. Please re-install SPM and CONN and try again
Error in conn (line 113)
conn init;
CONN v.undetermined
SPM12
Matlab v.2016a
Any help would be appreciated.
