Formula to calculate variance of Hedge's d
Dear Dr. Radua,
In your method, you used Hedge's d (or g*). You mentioned to look at your papers for how the T values were converted to Hedge's d and its variance. However, I can not find it in your papers.
Could you kindly point me the formulas to calculate Hedge's d (or g*) and its variance.
Furthermore, to combining across studies, did you use DerSimonian and Laird approach?
Thanks,
Chao-Gan
