Sorry for the newbie question. So I've ran an analysis on my subject up till the second level analysis part. However I want to define two groups. Do I do it in the subject effects box and use the contrast tool to set a Patient and Control group? Or should I have defined it in the setup covariates level 2? I've basically ran an analysis for the entire cohort based on the youtube tutorial. How about 3 groups? Or age and gender controls? Thank you in advance.
