We want to reconstruct the morphology of 3D neuron, .tiff files are used as inputs, expert manual reconstruction images are used as label. The size of both should be same. I could only download gold166 folder in BigNeuron github. We don't know which file is the ground truth, and where could I download other datasets to make ground truth files of my network?
