thresholds on heterogeneity & Jackknife
Dear experts on SDM,
I set a stringent threshold with probability=0.0.00001;peak height threshold=1;extend threshold=100 to the voxel-wise meta-analysis.
Then should I set the same threshold to the Jackknife sensitivity analysis? According to the principle on Jackknife sensitivity analysis, the answer is affirmative, isn't it?
But I set threshold with probability=0.0.005;peak height threshold=1;extend threshold=10 to the heterogeneity analysis so that I could see how many heterogeneous brain areas exists in such basis threshold.
Am I right that I set such threshold on Jackknife sensitivity analysis and heterogeneity analysis?
Many thanks in advance.
