Dear Experts,

So in CONN I have run first level groupICA and subsequently picked out 'good' components in the second level results. I have also created an ICA parcellation file through the ICA tools. I don't know from here where/how in CONN I should upload this file so I can run functional connectivity analysis between the components that have been created and are within this file. I would imagine I would do so back in SETUP as an ROI, but do not know much beyond that. Should I put it as an Atlas file and assign to all my subjects, or what? Also, will I be able to run the analysis with only components that I select within that parcellation file? Any help on how to proceed would be great.
