Can't Find MNI created ROIs for 1st level
Hi,
I created 10 ROIs based upon MNI coordinates that I was to examine using seed to voxel and ROI to ROI approaches. When I view the ROIs tab I can clearly see the ROIs that I created. However, when attempting to conduct 1st level analyses, all I can see are the default ROIs and not the ones that I created.
