Schizophrenia Example - no significance
Hi Experts,
I am hoping you could help me with this.
I am running into some issues with my NBS analysis (v1.2) - I'm using Matlab2102b. It used to work just fine up to awhile ago and had group differences in a sample of 77 subjects at 1.5,2,2.5 thresholds. I am trying to repeat this analysis, using the exact same settings and files as before but no significance appears anymore. I tested any possible threshold and setting. So, I went ahead and tested the example folder within NBS (Schizophrenia Example) and I see no significant findings there as well - even at a low threshold of 0.1. Is there any significance expected for the example at any specific threshold or setting? This could help me understand whether the issue is in my settings/environment rather than the data or software.
Also, the example shows connectivity matrices with 1s on the diagonal, is that a specific requirement of NBS? My matrices are symmetric, but would have 0s values instead.
Many thanks in advance,
Leila
