Hello!

After denoising my dataset with compcor, I've observed a signal dropout in the hindbrain, which removes almost the integrality of the pons in almost all my subjects (from total n=147, only n=18 were spared). I stress that the raw data is perfect. 
Can you please explain what happened? Which are the potential solutions?
